About the Law Firm

We are loyal and uphold integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in all our engagements. As members of the Swedish Bar Association, we adhere to the Bar Association’s ethical rules and regulations, which ensures our independence from government, state and authorities, as well as freedom from conflicts of interest. We are obliged and committed to regular continuing further education within our legal fields to stay updated, enabling us to maintain our competence to best represent and assist you.

Our headquarters are located on the pedestrian street in central Lund, easily accessible by both bus and train. We regularly represent clients from Malmö and other parts of Skåne.

The title “Advokat” is legally protected (unlike, for example, “lawyer”). Our membership in @sveriges_advokatsamfund means that we are Members of the Swedish Bar Association.

To become Member of the Swedish Bar, there are specific requirements to fulfill. As Members of the Bar, we are obliged to follow ethical rules. The ethical rules ensure our independence, loyalty to the client, confidentiality, and our obligation to ensure that we are free from conflicts of interest.

As Members of the Bar, we are supervised by the Bar Association. We are responsible to the Bar Association for ensuring that we, our associate lawyers, and other staff at the law firm follow the ethical rules.
